A fabulous crew of teachers is gathering from the Bay Area and beyond!
Our intention for the year is to honor the history and lineage of Contact Improvisation, and to collectively vision future iterations of the festival. We are leaning in to themes of mutuality and collaboration, and have curated two collectively taught intensives.

One on One Team
This year's jam will have ample opportunities for one on one instruction.
1-1s are short sessions in which you can get individualized attention from our incredible teaching body. Different teachers will be in attendance each day to work with you on specific skills, give feedback, or dialogue. You are also welcome to bring a partner or two to your session, and have the teacher observe a dance. These sessions will be organized and facilitated by an amazing team of three seasoned teachers and wcciJAM organizers.
