Class Description: "Moving in Coherence—Nervous Systems in CI"
Tuesday, July 2nd, 7:30pm-9pm

Coherence is the optimal, unified operation of mind/body in any nervous system state. Playing with physical strategies relevant to the various nervous system states can increase freedom to open, modify, or close physical and emotional boundaries in CI, can tame over-used strategies, and increase access of your body, head to toe. We will move away from dances, join dances, rest/integrate between dances, and push around or push away dances in the name of coherence.
