Single Class Teacher
Class Description
Considering attention as a resource that allows us a finer and more sensitive awareness of our body, and from which we can travel to different structures and systems within our body, awakening greater presence and consciousness of our physicality... what we feel becomes present. Between the dialogue of attention and sensations, attention and perception, the inside and outside touch without interruption. Extending ourselves into movement, the encounter with space and bodies as spaces of dance. Allowing ourselves to inhabit and be danced by the encounter. Dance and contact as a river of information that flows in and out of our bodies and in a relationship inherent to the earth.
