Brandon Gonzalez

Single Class Teacher

Class Description

This class explores Contact Improvisation not only as a physical practice, but as an emergent, creative, and ritual-based form. By embracing authentic expression and deep listening, the practice invites movement without expectation. Creativity arises not from pre-planning, but from staying open to what each moment offers. Through the ritual capacity of Contact Improvisation, attention turns toward the weight of our unfolding, making room for ourselves to be fully present in the dance. Contact exercises, group scores, and eyes-closed practices create gentle containers for arriving more deeply, with care and relational awareness.
