Morning Intensive Description: Fluid Architecture
This class focuses on dynamic yet easeful, whole body awareness as we dance in solos, duets and more.
We begin with exploring our solo dance and how we can fluidly move our skeletal architecture in three dimensional space. From there we move into contact with a focus on the moment to moment organizing of our skeleton in relationship with our partners’.
From this foundation we will explore effortless transitions in and out of the floor as well as dynamic support for flying. We will include playing with modulating tone and tempo to enhance more flow in communication and nuanced expression.
